Ardalia Airlines is the state-owned flag carrier airline of Ardalia. Its headquarters are in Precno near Hran and operates domestic and international services mainly to X destinations. Its main hub is Hran International Airport.

As of December 2022, the Republic of Ardalia owns 99.15%, while the remainder is mostly owned by state-owned or public companies such as the Ardalian Postal Bank, Ardalia Post, Ardalia Insurance, the Ardalian Lottery, and MZLH, the operator of Hran Airport.

Fleet

The airline only operates narrow-body, short to medium range, twin-engined aircraft. The current fleet consists of 13 aircraft with 15 A220s on order, all of which are expected to be delivered by the end of 2026.

Cabin

Ardalia Airlines operates two cabin classes on all flights; business and economy class. The first three rows on each airplane is business class.

A319 and A320 aircraft are arranged in a three by three seat layout. All seats are Recaro 3520s and have the same width of 50 cm and a recline of 7 cm but those seated in business class get more pitch at 76.2 cm over economy's 71.1 cm. Middle seats in business class may be blocked to provide passengers additional personal space but this varies on demand.

D4-200 aircraft are arranged two by two. All seats are all E/E Aerospace 945-12s which have a width of 42.67 cm, recline of 3 cm, but business class seats have a smaller increase in pitch 78.7 cm over 76.2 cm in economy.

The incoming A220 fleet will be set up in a two by three seat layout. All seats will feature USB A and USB C ports, as well as smartphone and tablet holders. The aircraft's spacious overhead compartments will allow for every passenger to accommodate one roller bag.

Services

Frequent flyer program

The frequent flyer program is called Miles & More. It is free to sign up. Members earn miles by flying (except for award travel); as well as by renting vehicles from car rental partners, staying at participating hotels, using co-branded credit cards and services of other partners. Accrued miles can be redeemed for flight, upgrade or travel awards. There are three tiers of membership.

Catering

On all flights, passengers are offered free food and beverages that vary depending on the class of travel, the flight duration and the time of day.

Aboard international flights lasting longer than one hour, business class travelers can choose between two locally sourced and traditionally prepared Ardalian dishes; economy class passengers may select from amongst four sandwiches. All passengers are given a large snack box of assorted products originating from a particular region of the country - this offering rotates monthly.
