The Garden Bridge is a suspension bridge which crosses Jericho Bay, connecting the neighborhoods of Donaldson and Delk in Tofino, Zamastan. It has a length of 1,798 meters, making it one of the longest bridges in the country. It was opened in 1983 after six years of construction. Prior to its opening, commuters would either take the longer and often traffic-congested route around the bay, or would opt for ferry services. Daily crossings in 2023 averaged 389,000 in both directions, making it one of the busiest bridges in the world. Signs at both ends of the Garden Bridge forbid photography and videotaping while on the bridge, with these signs installed after the 10/18 attacks.
