The 2023 Huha Cricket World Cup is an upcoming edition of the Cricket World Cup which will be held from December 3rd-17th 2023 in Huha, Phou. 32 teams qualified for the tournament.
The 2023 tournament faced numerous controversies. Notably, Haduastan, Elastan, and Barangadesh did not appear in the tournament for the first time since the Cricket World Cup began due to the Haduastan War and their respective government's decisions to boycott, despite having qualified. Other boycotts from teams that qualified included Atylestan and Joraistan. Additionally, the Phou government's handling of the 2022-23 Ebola virus pandemic, which had only ended in July, had been internationally criticized and many health concerns were raised by participating teams.
