Early life
Emperor of Exponent
Following the events of the Albandaean Crisis, Octavius V agreed to step down from the throme and be replaced by his more reform-minded brother, Liberius. In return for peace and a return to order, Liberius swiftly began executing a series of sweeping changes across Exponential society that he felt were necessary to maintain the Empire as they came into the 20th century.
