UAE Systems (PSE: UAE) , formerly known as UAE Arms Technology Corporation (UAE Arms Tech Corp.), is an Belhavian global aerospace, defense, security, and advanced technologies corporation headquartered in Dakos, Belhavia.
UAE Systems employs nearly 109,000 people worldwide. It is one of the Free World's largest defense contractors by market share, revenue, product quality, and global influence. The company was formed in 1964 as the Nazali War was heating up as "UA Arms Co." (Ullman Abramson Arms Company). In 1971, struggling financially in the wake of the Callan administration's large military cuts, brought on angel investor Moshe Epstein and his startup defense company "Epstein Military Technologies", merging the company's name into "UAE Arms Technology Corp."
In 1990, hit again with military cuts under the SNIA of 1990, underwent a merger with National Aerospace Solutions and Lieberman Defense Systems, two mid-tier defense firms in Belhavia at the time. The company was renamed "UAE Systems" as a nod to the latter, which had brought in more assets and political influence.
UAE Systems plays an important role in numerous Imperial military, aerospace, and security contracts. It is considered one of the "Top 4" of Belhavia's defense industry. It is the chief contractor for numerous advanced and sophisticated military aerospace and defense systems and projects. It operates a number of joint ventures with other defense and civilian companies, including Praxis, a major Emmerian firm, Kaplanksy Naval Arms Consortium, a major Belhavian naval contractor, among others. UAE Systems is one of the few foreign defense contractors that play a major role in the United Republic's defense industry, through its Emmerian subsidiary which operates as an Emmerian company for legal purposes.
