The Council of Ministers (Sydalene: Kunsill tal-ministri) is the cabinet of the Kingdom of Sydalon. It is led by the Monarch, who serves as the Council chair. It is comprised of all ministers (incl. Chancellor, and the undersecretaries, all of whom are appointed by royal decree. Historically, only members of the Chamber of Peers were eligible to sit on the Council, but following the 2018 constitutional amendments, any citizen is eligible to serve on the Council, whether or not they hold a seat in either house of the Senate. The Council of Ministers is a subcommittee of the Haute Cour, and as a result its members are also members of the Haute Cour.
