The County of Pelna was a state that existed in the early Middle Ages. It seceded from Trellin during the reign of Nalaia, in 466, and endured until its conquest by the Kingdom of the Isles of Velar in the tenth century. From its capital at Radulin it held a substantial strip of coastline which at times extended north into the Vekra Retiqa, including the strategic fortress of Rosnai.
