Harley Parker (May 9, 1927 – February 13, 1987) was an Arabinian politician who served as the 23rd President of Arabi, 24th [[Vice President of Arabi, and Senator from Drakeland.
Parker served his first term as a Conservative Capitalist and his second term as a Liberal Socialist, which angered members of the CCP, calling him a traitor to the party.
