Harley Parker (May 9, 1927 – February 13, 1987) was an Arabinian politician who served as the 23rd President of Arabi, 24th Vice President of Arabi, and Senator from Drakeland.
Parker served his first term as a Conservative Capitalist and his second term as a Liberal Socialist, which angered members of the CCP, calling him a traitor to the party.
"Some have accused me of betraying the [Conservative] party, but it is those same people who have truly betrayed the party. They have driven it to the right more than it pleases me. I disagree fervently with the others [Liberals] but they strive for centrism more than the other and for that reason, I have officially switched parties."
