Ilanga elikhanyayo elinomusa.

The heaven protects our land Kitwe.
and the underworld is it's stand.
The bountiful nature granted by god,

Yenziwe ngamanzi aqabulayo abonisa iLanga.

(Ndola)
The country without clouds above,
now arises, ordered by the pledge of it's people.
The borders are guarded by long rivers,
made of sparkling water reflecting the sun.

Dend'eredzwa yakate'ndeka yedz'inza redu,
ichagetedzwaese kusvikira rudzi akare.

held high by people of all races and kinds.
The faithful circle of our ancestral cause,
shall be preserved throughout far generations.
