Requiring the integral Imperial Army to strengthen the border with Rezua, Emperor Wilhelm III, Englean Empire approved its creation in late 1938. The unit was equipped with various contemporary equipment of the Englean military, including multiple aircraft employed in the Imperial Air Force (Bernhardt Bt-149, Kadelburg Ka-89, Nesserschmitt Ne-105).
