Blackhelm Confederate - Nikolian relations are bilateral relations between the governments of Nikolia and the Blackhelm Confederacy, which were first established in 1587. From 1587 to 1996, Nikolia maintained relations with the Empire of Exponent, of which the Blackhelm Confederacy is considered the legal successor.
