The Nationalwehr is Bakyern's unified armed forces. It consists of the ground forces, aerial forces, and special forces. The commander-in-chief of is the Federal President of Bakyern. The Bak Landwache and Nationalwehr are separate entities, as accordingly to the constitution, the Landwache only has jurisdiction in their states while the Nationalwehr serves as the national army.
