36th Airborne Division is an airborne division of the Royal Radictistan Army suboordinate to the IV Corps, stationed in the County of Norcustsur. It is the sole parachute-trained formation of its size within the Radictistani military. All other parachute units are special forces or belong to 2 Naval Brigade, a combined airborne/marine force. The division consists of three triangular airborne brigades and divisional support units. One brigade is equipped with BMD airborne combat vehicles while the other two are light infantry units. The division as a whole is trained to deploy overseas within forty-eight hours of an alert. Like 2 Naval Brigade, 36th Airborne Division is an all-volunteer force.

One brigade of the division has been assigned to internal security duties as part of the government response to the Norcustsur internal conflict.
