The Great Luimnigh Uprising of 1871 was an important event that shaped the politics of the imperial federation itself, it was a short civil-war like conflict that lasted from February 1871 to September 1871 between the Loyalist Imperial Forces against the Ultra-Militarist movement of Athbheochan Mór or the "Grand Revivalists".
