Martin Vincent Beiter (10 January 1945 - 5 February 1991) was a Besmenian politician who served as Prime Minister of Besmenia from 1980 until his death in 1991. He also was party leader of the Free Besmenian Citizen's Party from 1980 to his death. Beiter was also Minister of Interior from 1980 to 1984. Beiter is the youngest prime minister ever. When he took office, he was 35 years old.
Beiter was shot to death during a speech in Melmingen. His death caused mourning among the population.
