VINCTV is a Besmenian free-to-air television network. It broadcasts a full 24-hour television program every day, which is best known for broadcasting feature comedy television series. The network was launched on January 1, 2002 and is owned by Laitstadt Medien AG.

VINCTV was launched on January 1, 2002. The program consisted of reruns of older series as well as the first broadcast of foreign series.
