The Quintumvirate of Nostayne, or simply Nostayne, is a federalist state laying on the border between the continents of Ita and Poyoimen.

Specifically, it claims the bay known as the God-king's Maw, a relatively calm bay that has provided great trading wealth over the centuries. The City-states of Manterau, Senterg, Ardyr and Heisenburg lay on the mainland, with the Baylands (the islands in the bay) forming the 5th State. The Northern border is naturally well-defended with a thick mountain range covering the horizon; the cities of Manterau and Heisenburg are situated around - and often inside - these great peaks.
