The V-256 Sagoska is a Dnieguan hybrid attack helicopter designed and produced by Mykroft Vertol of Dniegua. The V-256 program rose from the Dnieguan Advanced Areal firesupport (AAFS) program to produce a dedicated fast attack helicopter. Mykroft designed the helicopter using a hybrid system, mating a four-blade rigid-rotor configured to the aircraft as a compound helicopter with a tail-mounted three-blade thrusting propeller. It also featured low-mounted wings, and a single Borzov propulsion RTM-64E turboshaft engine. The V-256 has high speed dash capabilities to act as escort and airsupport for other rotor wing assets, but quickly became the primary attack helicopter of the Dnieguan Armed Forces.
