The Federal Army is the land service branch of the Federal Armed Forces, designated as the Army of the Federation in the Constitution. As the oldest and most senior branch of the Federal military in order of precedence, the modern Army has roots in the Patriot Army, which was formed to fight the Atlesian War of Independence before Asteria was established as an independent country.
