Glacier Productions is a Breheimian video game developer and publisher based in Storvik and Torshavn. It is known for developing a wide variety of games, including strategy, fighting and action games, largely on commission of the Breheimian Cinema and Video Industries. Between 2005 and 2013 it published all its games through the BCVI, but in 2014 self-published its first game (Bastard Kings 2).
Ownership
Glacier Productions is partially owned by the Breheimian Ministry of Culture, who retain 28.2% of shares as of 2014. It is not a publicly traded company, with the remaining shares largely being owned by the employees of GP, but it is not structured as a cooperative and a minority of shares are owned by individuals not directly employed.
