The Somerian People's Party is a regional political party in Venadia, operating in Someria. It was founded as early as 1892 and its goal is to protect the interests of the Somer German minority in Venadia. The party lacks national representation as of the 2013 election, but has in the past managed to gain constituency deputies in the Great Veche. The party's primary support comes from the Somer German minority, primarily rural Somer Germans, usually attaining around half of the votes from this demographic. The SPP has in almost all regional elections in Someria been in the kingmaker position between the larger parties, and has participated in almost all regional governments.
