Bjarne grew up in modern day Kalkstein, being accompanied by his mother and his father, although his father passed away during his early teens. He was raised in a strict household, often being given strict rules and unfair punishments by his mother, leading him into a life of seclusion and ignorance. Bjarne would live the majority of his childhood working as a fisherman with his uncle before moving to Skifer to start a farm and live on his own. From here it is believed that Bjarn spent his time on improving his education, eventually going on to meet his soon-to-be wife in his early 20’s. It should also be noted that sometime in his 20’s his wife would give birth to a child, that same child later becoming the heir to Flatstones throne upon the creation of the House of Von Stone.
