Song Li-jen (8 January 1910 - 17 July 2017) was a Taoyuanese general. A graduate of the King's Military Academy of Manchester, he was best known for his leadership during the Second Europan War, and subsequently, the War of Lorican Aggression. Known for his defensive tactics, he was affectionately called as "The Taoyuanese Sugiyama" after seeing his successful defences against a much larger force. He is seen as one of Taoyuan's most successful commanders. He also oversaw the creation of the Special Airbourne Service Regiment, Taoyuan's special forces unit.
His Taoyuanese Free Corps was known as the "Best Army Under Heaven" and credited with effectively countering Quenminese troops during the Allied campaigns in Indiae to Quenmin during the Asianna and the Pacific Campaign.
Lucian Field Marshal Archibald Sugiyama describes him as the best Taoyuanese General ever fielded during the Second Europan War, and the most outstanding military commander, surpassing even Quenminese Marshal Thach Hung Son Chien's abilities in the field.
