AleziRadio Festival of Songs 1995 is the thirty-eighth edition of the annual AleziRadio Festival of Songs. The competition was held as usual in 16th of May 1994 by the authorities of Radio Pyalivostok - Dayaain Saari. This is the second time Daya Island hosted the event after the victory of Miisa Kulvalainen with the song "Sydämeni yövalo". As of 1995, Daya Island is the only territory to have hosted the event.

The competition was won by Arfin and The Four representing Zafizamarrah with the song "على ماذا حصلت؟". It's the 14th time that Zafizamarrah won the competition. Daya Island earned its fourth second place and Aramna earned its sixth third place.

The event was organized by Radio Pyalivostok - Dayaain Sari, which was a subsidiary of Radio Pyalivostok intended for supporting radio broadcast in Daya Island. They are also the only subsidiary-level member of AleziRadio to have hosted the AleziRadio Festival of Songs. Initially, doubts raised over Daya Island's ability to host, however Daya Island can host properly thanks to a debt of AZ$ 72,000 from their parent station, Radio Pyalivostok and the continued sponsorship from foreign company Coca-Cola.

Aaren is the smallest territorial city in North Alezia, hosting only 121,000 people living in it as of 1995, it's the smallest town and the only territorial city to have hosted the festival. Aaren is known for its hard accessibility. The only way to enter at that point was through either a ferry arriving at Aaren's Port, or through a small plane landing in Aaren Airstrip. Aaren is also the northernmost city who has hosted the festival.

The limited choices of a suitable place to host the competition created pessimistic nature of the outcome of the hosting. The team behind AleziRadio Festival of Songs 1995 (which had a specific name for the first time, this time codenamed Aarenuvaasin) initially decided to reuse Makalvan Theatre which has hosted the competition before. However, people went against this due to there being bigger venues and the Theatre at the time was still going to show a popular Alezian movie at the time called "Where To Go".

However, the team quickly realized that the annual Aarenfestival which is a one-week fair happening a week after ARFOS was coming up, and thus the AleziRadio committee contacted the Aarenfestival team and talked about holding ARFOS on the festival grounds, which "perhaps can be used for the opening segment of Aarenfestival".

The people behind Aarenfestival initially went against this as ARFOS might overshadow the show, however the chairman of the committee supported the idea saying that ARFOS might be the help needed to push Aarenfestival to national popularity status.

With the help of 3,000 Aarenians, 1,750 temporary seatings, an orchestra pit, a stage and three temporary rooms were completed and assembled on a semi-circle setting. The event was held outdoors, which means it was the second time that the competition was held outdoors after Pyalivostok did it in 1988, and the third to be held in a roofless area after 1961 and 1988.

The event was praised for being able to overcame the problems that surround it with pride. Critic Almahari Yalinda even said that "If there's a territory that can do something a region can, it's Daya Island".

Jennie Carlson returned to the competition after she got 6th place for the region of Bristol last year. Accidentally, she also earned 6th place this year.

This year is filled with regions that has both of its songs on back-to-back positions. Bristol finished in 6th and 7th place, Pantabang Islands fnished in 10th and 11th place (both songs earned 30 points), Mosin-Nagan earned 13th and 14th place, Pyalivostok earned 15th and 16th place, and Tel Hadiv earned 17th and 18th place.

Tel Hadiv's 17th and 18th place also earned them the title as the first region who failed to earn any single point on both of their entries. This together with Pantabang Islands' 30 points on each songs made it the first time in the competition that a region earned the same amount of points on each of their entries.
