Toendraland is a small island nation located in the southern part of Caleren on Anteria and is made up of 2 islands. the country is divided into N/A provinces and 2 territories.

History

Start of Civil war

The civil war started on the 3/5/1957, as a result of the poorly disguised dictatorship of Toendraland, which back then was known as the Grand Republic of Toendraland(G.R.T). Soon, the workers began going on strike and eventually civil war broke out. The angry workers begun by capturing key airbases and weapon factories, such as the huge one at Port Kalin.

Capturing of Mescow

On the 7/3/1964, The capital of the G.R.T by the Socialist Republic of Toendraland(S.R.T), resulting in the fleeing of president Алексей and the rest of the goverment to the island of Северный остров.

Mescow Bombings

During the civil war, Mescow was bombed multible times resulting in the complete destruction of the old presidential palace, and the S.R.T even went as far as flying a Boing 737 filled with many bombs(~29) directly at the presidential palace, which sadly missed and hit a nearby university, killing ~500 people.

Result of War

The war resulted in the S.R.T Winning on the 14/3/1974, with ~2 million casualties delt to the G.R.T and ~0.8 million to tge S.R.T Although the S.R.T. clearly won, the G.R.T. never signed the peace treaty, meaning the civil war never ended.

The Toendran millitary consists of ~30,000 soldiers, 200 tanks, 50 "Sokol" planes 101 bombers, 10 warships, 2 aircraft carriers, and 4 landing ships.

Toendraland's main energy production comes from coal power along with wind power and in the summer solar power , a breakdown of which can be found below Coal power - 94%-96% Wind power - 4% Solar power(Winter) - 0% Solar power(Summer) - 2% Due to Toendraland's southern location, it has 6 months of just day in summer and 6 months of night in winter, making solar power only useful in summer.

There are two types of Toendran culture; Urichi culture and Toendran culture

Music and art

Tradition Urichi music includes a mix of Drums, Percussian(e.g. Clapping) and vocals. Tradional Toendran Culture is similar to slavic culture.

Cuisine

Traditinal Urichi and Toendran Cuisine are very simular, mostly being made from rabbits and mooses and berries, in dishes such as Berry soup, which is a mixture Berries, Boiled Water and the leaves of an oyester plant, Rabbit on Lyme bread, which is made from grinding Lyme Grass into flour and mixing with water, then baking it, then add some cooked rabit(traditionally cooked on a campfire) and spicing the rabbit with Lovage.
