Victoria Amelia Hampton-Chavez (born 6 March 1989) is an American contralto singer, former audiologist and heiress to fortune of her late maternal grandmother Amelia Vega Hayes, a secret millionaire.

In 2008, Hampton spontaneously dated William Hochul III, the son of New York governor Kathy Hochul. They met at a party in New York City and their relationship ended a month later.
