Freiz is a city, located in Besmenia. It is the capital of the Besmenian state of Summingia, and with a population of 1,652,532 millions the biggest city in Summingia and the fourth biggest in Besmenia.
As the seat of the Summingian state government and the State Chamber of Summingia as well as numerous state authorities, the city is the political center of Summingia. In addition, important educational and cultural institutions of the federal state are concentrated here.
