The Laitstadt World Centre (LWC) is a convention center in the Besmenian capital of Laitstadt which was built between 1977 and 1983 and opened in November 1983 . Since 1989 it has also been the official headquarters of the Alliance of Nortuan States. It also serves as venue for international events, like the 2004 C21 Laitstadt Summit.
