The Council of State (Nordic: Statsrådet) is the national cabinet of Acrea. The government consists of the Chancellor, the Council of State, and other appointed executive officials to include independent or ad-hoc positions. The Chancellor is elected through the Riksdag and formally appointed by the King at the advice of the Speaker, while the Council of State is solely appointed or dismissed at the discretion of the Chancellor.
