Vovilveante NCD

Vovilveante NCD is a city in the nation Hiblund, also being its capital. The separation between Vovilveante and Vovilveante NCD is that VNCD's territory does not make any population living there a part of Casteroct or a part of any region/province. The district is strictly used for Government purposes, including the President of State (Aikslau Darchur), the 6 other Head of States, and other parts of the Hiblundiiun government (To learn more about this, go to the 'Government' section in Hiblund) . The rest of Vovilveante is considered its own city with its own towering population of ~8,000,000 residents. The population of Vovilveante NCD does not affect the population count of neither Vovilveante nor Casteroct, however it does Hiblund as a whole.
