The Namorese Volunteer Corps in Roubao (NVCR, Namorese: Намора га Робо Йенкун, Mandarin: 纳国驻肉志愿兵团) is a Namorese paramilitary organization based in Roubao. Founded in 1997 by the Namo-Unolian Treaty of Cooperation, the NVCR's purpose is to assist Roubao in protecting its territory from Jahistic military aggression.

The NVCR is unique in that it is widely considered a Namorese military presence on Roubao, but it is not a part of the Namorese Liberation Army (NLA) which is constitutionally barred from operating bases outside of Namor and other WETO member states. The NVCR has administrative control over several enclaves located in northern Roubao Island and the outer islands of Yidadao, Erdadao, Yantai and Zhongjian. These enclaves enjoy extraterritoriality although Roubanese tax laws still apply.
