Harriet Mastersonn (born 9 December 1954) is an Elbresian politician who currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Alliance of Nortuan States since 2019. He also served as the Prime Minister of Elbresia from 2011-2015. Born in Egnau to a prominent and wealthy family, Mastersonn was a graduate of the University of Oftbon and became a MP representing Egnau's Regaulle district for the Liberal and Democrat Party. He was one of the senior leaders of the LDP and became Prime Minister in the 2011 election, but decided to step down after the 2015 referendum and pass party leadership to Matviy Loka. However, he served as the Elbresian Ambassador to the ANS under President Sophie Amteès. After the 2019 ANS referendum, the Nortuan Congress selected Mastersonn as Secretary-General.
