FSvV LK (formerly known and still sometimes referred to as Funjresjreem vro Vyvlu, meaning Electricity for Vyvland) is a Vyvlander government-owned corporation responsible for the generation and provision of electricity. Although it operates predominantly in Vyvland, it has also developed international arms in other Esquarian nations. The company supplies 96% of Vyvlander homes and businesses with electricity, while it generates 74% of the country's electricity. Control of FSvV lies under the purview of the Minister of Utilities and Energy, currently Alecaanjre Enjraas.
The original Funjresjreem vro Vyvlu was created in 1949 by the merger of sixteen private and public electricity generation and provision companies across North Vyvland. It was originally a monopoly, although under the government of Payl Klosders this was reversed and other energy companies were allowed to compete. Primarily, this competition has been in the field of energy generation due to the unprofitability for private companies of installing vast cable networks for energy supply, although some towns are predominantly serviced by private electricity suppliers. Since 2002, private renewable energy suppliers have been eligible for significant government grants, which has diminished FSvV's market share.
FSvV produces all of Vyvland's nuclear power, operating 15 reactors at 6 sites across the country. In addition, it generates large amounts of electricity through natural gas, hydroelectric power and wind power.
