Mourad Triki (Arabic : مراد التريكي ) (November 14 1917 - January 29 1993) was a colonel in the Salamati Independence Army and a key figure of the Salamati Independence War. On February 22 1984, he was awarded the Medal of the Heroes of the Nation, award which he lost after the discovery by the police that Mourad Triki was against Jalil Al Kharrabi. He fled to Riamo afterwards and died in Guri from a stroke on January 29 1993.
