Business IR 16 follows the original routing of the highway through downtown [[Jackson, Panamor]]. For most of its route, it is shares a roadway with [[Panamor State Route 215]]. The business route begins at an exit from Route 16 where it turns to bypass aroud the city, then runs south for a mile to join with SR 215. Ibican Route 16, or Ibican Highway 16 (IR-16) is a minor east-west Ibican Route that runs from Jefferson City, south to Franklin, then east along the coastline to Martindale.
