Bùi Minh Chuyên, GOCQ (27 February 1948) is a Quenminese military general officer in the Royal and Imperial Quenminese Ground Force. During the Vartaxian Civil War, he was the overall commander of the RIQEF Vartaxia throughout the conflict. Years prior, he participated in the Paywan Rebellion, the FedCom Civil War, and the 12 July Insurgency, where his leadership and gallantry were recognized.

Early life

Chuyên was born on 27 February 1948 in Uông Ðinh, Bạch Đặng Province. His father was an officer during the Siduri War, and his mother a post office worker.

He enrolled in the Hoạn Quốc Tổ Military Officers' College, where he was captain of the Sepak takraw team and graduated 13th in his class.
