Jonrov Frederic Mornes(born 18 May 1959) is a Saterocian politician currently serving as the second president of Sateroc ever, also being the first president of the Second Republic of Sateroc. Earlier, he had served as the 18th Chairman of Kolkesburg under dictator Arnaud Puoc, and a colonel in the Saterocian land forces during the Second Wheat War and the War in Cascutia.
