Jonrov Frederic Mornes(born 18 May 1959) is a Saterocian politician who served as the second president of Sateroc ever, also being the first president of the Second Republic of Sateroc. Earlier, he had served as the 18th Chairman of Kolkesburg under dictator Arnaud Puoc, and a colonel in the Saterocian land forces during the Second Wheat War and the War in Cascutia.
Born in Coretas, his education was limited as he studied in the University of Northern Kolkesburg for a short while, before becoming a bus driver. During this time, he was drafted into national service, which he had been waiting for. He rose to prominence and became a colonel, commanding the 17th South Brigade during the Second Wheat War. Following the end of the war, he was allowed to leave the army, going right into government work once he officially left. In 2000, he was appointed by Georg Puoc as the 18th Chairman of Kolkesburg for seven years, while also becoming a prominent member of the USF. In the latter days of the Puoc regime, he became an outspoken critic of Puoc, joining protestors in opposition. After the 2019 revolution, he was chosen by military commanders to become the president of Sateroc due to how well-known he was. He ruled by decree during 2023 following major protests and the eruption of fighting in Sateroc.
In August 2023, he was removed from his presidency after announcing he would resign and hold emergency presidential elections, being replaced by Oljon Slach.
