Justin Ulpius, 20th Duke of Vindobona and 13th Duke of Feronia (Gaius Ulpius Saunio Iustinus Felix Iason; b. 1 May 1992) is a Latin peer and businessman. He is the eldest son of former Consul of Latium, Maria Tarpeia and Christopher Ulpius, 19th Duke of Vindobona. He is primary shareholder of his family's holdings and the controlling stake in ULArgentaria, which his father previously serves as CEO. He is the great-grandson of Emperor Constantine XIX of Latium.

He inherited the ducal titles of Vindobona on 19 July 2016, after his father was murdered when leaving an event during the 2016 Ludi Circenses.

Early life

Vindobona was born on 1 May 1992 at Sancta Maria Hospital in Castellum ab Alba where he was given the courtesy title of Marchis Volaterrae for his status as heir to the Dukedom of Vindobona. Justin is the second born child of Christopher Ulpius, 19th Duke of Vindobona and Maria Tarpeia. He has on elder sister, two younger brothers and a younger sister. Justin began his schooling at St. Michael's in metropolitan Castellum, later attending Pescia Academy, boarding school in Adrianople, for his first two years of secondary school. He enrolled at Imperial College at the University of Alexandria after completing his secondary schooling at Lyceum Sanctus Michael. At Imperial College, he earned degrees in business and economics.

Personal life

Vindobona began courting Lihnidosi noblewoman Filippa of Messenia in September 2016. They will be married in October 2018.
