Mujahid el-Mahmood is an Emmirian-Jiddiyan filmmaker, producer actor, and activist. He has won critical praise for his films which focus on the human condition as well as portray intimate and challenging stories of internal family conflicts. He was nominated for Best Director Road to Maastir, which also recieved 5 other nominations at the 96th Tofino Film Festival. He also produced Le Passé, which was nominated for Best Picture.
