Khyar Aziouel is a military officer and political leader serving as the first Amizar of the Republic of Charnea. He is a key figure in the Nationalist movement within the Charnean Army and was a leader of the Muttay revolution in his capacity as the de facto head of the Murab Kubalt veterans movement.
