Celani Mnungwa (born 6 July 1965) is a Iobarayan diplomat and politician who has served as the Foreign Minister of Iobaray since 2017. He has also previously served as the Ambassador to the Coalition of Crown Albatross (2001-07), Ambassador to Cadair (2007-14) and Ambassador to Yuan (2014-18). Mnungwa has also been an instrumental figure in shaping the foreign policy of Iobaray, which has become a nation known for its commitment to global peace and cooperation.
Early life and education
Celani Mnungwa was born in Iobaray in 1965, into a family with a long history of public service. Her early years were marked by a deep interest in world affairs and a natural aptitude for languages.
