The City of Avalon, commonly referred to as Avalon, is a suburban town of Freeport City in Freeport province, situated in the north-central Belhavia. It is a wealthy and exclusive suburb with a median property value of $14.2 million.
It is home to the estates of several powerful Belhavian families, including the Roths, the Grays, the Goldmans, the Kalians, the Zallerans, and others. Over 90% of children from the town attend Avalon Yeshiva, an elite private academy on the high school level.
In addition, the town notable for its meticlously-maintained central park in the center of town as well as its quaint charm and high-end restaurants, bistros, and boutique shops that hung the center of town along broad, leafy-treed boulevards.
The town is a major fundraising hub for political and charitable causes and campaigns, raising in excess of $60 million for various organizations and candidates in 2014 alone.
