The Department of Home Affairs, formally known as the Department of State for Home Affairs, coloquially known as the Home Department, is a ministerial department of the Government of Delamaria. It is officially responsible for public security and policing. Its operations involve managing the police forces, counter-terrorism, border security, immigration and customs, cyber security, disaster prevention and management, foreign and domestic intelligence, biodefence, protection of infrastructure and the investigation and destruction of criminal organisations.
