The People's Party for Prosperity and Progress (Beatavician: Volkspartij voor Welvaart en Vooruitgang) is a cente-right to right-wing political party in Beatavic. Founded as a compromise between several right-wing political parties, it is today Beatavic's mainstream conservative political party.

History

The political party was established on March 26th, 1894 to act as a compromise between the Peace and Justice Party and factions of the National Unity party. Shortly after it's founding, it participated in the 1894 election but had only won 15 seats in the House of Representatives, with the majority of them being previously held by the Peace and Justice Party.
