The Constitutional Democratic Party or K-D is the second largest political party in Seredinia by seats in the State Duma and the largest party in the Federal Council. It was founded on 22 March 1906 by Valeriy Rostov, Maxim Golubev, and Anna Kayakova, each dissident pro-republican activists.
