Verrucosus Holdings S.p.A. (Latin: Verrucosus Tenura) is a Latin global conglomerate with holdings in media, entertainment, telecommunications, energy, and transportation. As of 2016, it is the largest corporation by revenue in Latium. The corporate headquarters is located in Utica, Latium, with John Verrucosus, Duke of Perusia serving as CEO since 1991.

Verrucosus Holdings is the largest pay-TV company in Latium, and the xth largest within the BC, as well as the largest internet service provider and cable TV subscriber in Latium. Verrucosus, through its subsidiaries Verrucosus Telecoms, Verrucosus Media Group, and Delpha Media Group, operates in all BC states, and XXXX, XXXX nations throughout the world and the surrounding Periclean Sea. Verrucosus is the chief operator of LTC, a broadcast network station and all of its corresponding cable networks including LTCNuntia, LTCA, ITV, C!, as well as the various Delpha family of networks outside of Latium and other foreign-based networks worldwide tailored to individual nations

History

The corporation was founded in spring 1951 by future Consul of Latium, Felix Verrucosus, Lord of Istropolis and his wife Damiane Vitruvia after being awarded a contract by the Latin government for rebuilding areas of the country following the end of the Social War. The company was initially named Verrucosus Building and Infrastructure, and was later renamed when it began to absorb other industries, including LTC. Initially the company relied upon the Crown for its primary investment. From 1950 until 1958, the Duchy of Adrianople controlled as much as 88% of the company, of which retain a 2% non-voting ownership is retained by the Latin Imperial Family. Felix Verrucosus served as the company's first CEO and President, though was succeeded by his wife Damiane, who served as CEO until 1984.


In the early 1960s, Verrucosi began to shift towards media and entertainment after the acquisition of major domestic broadcaster LTC. Verrucosus continued to expand into telecommunications and the media market of the years. Verrucosus Holdings is a publicly traded company in Latium, but the Verrucosus family owns or controls just over 25% of all shares, and a non-dilutable 47% voting power over the company.
