Realms has multiple damage types across the games and campaigns in the franchise. These damage types may be physical or spiritual, affecting the interactions between one skill and another, in addition to the individual affinites (weakness, resistance, immunity, and absorption) of each character
Physical
Physical damage represents non-elemental damage, often being done with weapons or body parts like fangs and claws.
Blade
Blade damage represents damage from sharp objects, such as swords or spears. Skills and weapons that deal blade damage sometimes have a chance to cause the Bleed status effect, dealing non-elemental damage over time to the affected character.

Blunt
As its name suggests, Blunt damage encompasses all damage done by means of blunt force, such as with a mace or bare fists. Blunt damage skills can cause the Stun status effect, immobilising the affected character for a brief period.
