The Vasilin Sea is a sea in Northern Euronia, located between the mainland continent and the island of Kleshonia. Separation from the Northern Ocean is made through three straits; the Vasi, the Yetake, and the Vorsatel. Separation from the Samson Ocean is made through the Klesh Strait, which connects to the Geranik Sea and Nordisk Sea.
The Vasilin Sea is an economically, culturally, and geopolitically important body of water, with the countries of Sateroc, Rettoa, North Kandson, Lissatha, and Vœyetska occupying its shores. For much of history, most infamously in the latter half of the 21st century, the sea has been a contentious point of violence between nations and armed paramilitaries. The sea's strategic shipping routes and proven natural resources, such as fisheries and seafloor oil and gas deposits, have made the economic importance of the Vasilin internationally focused.
